Additional Loads Policy

Each plan includes a set number of laundry loads per week.

1 load = 1 nylon bag (Keep this in mind when looking at which plan to select. If you don't want certain things washed together - they belong in a seperate load/bag).

Occasionally adding one extra load is completely fine — we understand that life happens. At this time, we cannot have more than one extra load at at time.

If more than one extra load is regularly included, or if overages occur for multiple weeks, we may recommend upgrading to the next service plan to ensure consistent service and scheduling.

Additional loads will be billed separately when applicable.

Service Schedule

Your laundry service is completed on a dedicated weekly concierge route to ensure consistent pickup and delivery.

Monday — Pickup

Wednesday — Delivery

Service days may be adjusted as Linen & Loop expands routes and service areas.

Laundry should be placed in Linen & Loop bags by 8:00 AM on pickup day.

Service currently available in select areas. Final confirmation provided after signup review.

Laundry not available at scheduled pickup time may be rescheduled for the following service cycle.
