Customer Responsibilities

During the pilot phase, scheduling may be limited and subject to adjustment as service demand grows.
Customers will be notified if any schedule changes occur.
Subscription Services and Billing
Laundry services may be offered through subscription-based packages.
Billing is processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
By enrolling in a subscription service, customers authorize recurring billing according to their selected plan.
Customers may request changes or cancellations in accordance with the policies outlined in their Service Agreement.
Service Limitations
Linen & Loop Concierge reserves the right to refuse service for items that:
